Sparetime Entertainment Center w/Bowling, Temple, TX

A 41,000 square foot entertainment facility which includes 24 bowling lanes, the project is of great interest to the political and public entities of Temple, Texas.  BE’s involvement was the entire civil package including structural foundation. Special care was taken in dealing with the poor soils in the area, including the addition of a consultant specialist. Again BE worked in conjunction with an architect and maintained a smooth efficient relationship. Production of our plans consisted of site dimensional plan, utility layout, pre and post development drainage study, landscape plan, erosion control plan, plan/profile sheets for construction of private drive, construction details, foundation plans, and foundation details. All in all the project went efficiently from concept to platting, and onto construction plans to occupy and operate in 2013-14
