Honda Service Center, and Suburu Dealership Showroom

The HONDA project involved construction of a 8,000 S.F., separate general service center building with additional parking at the rear of the existing dealership. We designed all necessary Civil construction plans for the building. – The SUBARU project consisted of construction of a 11,000 S.F. sales/showroom building. We produced the necessary plans to constructed the Civil portion of this project, with an emphasis on addressing some existing drainage problems on the existing site. Both projects required working with the City of Killeen, Texas, staff.
